Billing Terms and Conditions

Scope of Terms and Conditions

  1. This page provides information about us (REWYND) and the terms and conditions (Terms) under which REWYND provides any of the items (Products) listed on the website www.rewynd.in (the Customer) (Website).
  2. To the exclusion of any other terms that Customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which may be inferred by trade, custom, practise, or course of dealing, these Terms shall apply to any contracts between REWYND and Customer for the sale of Products completed through the Website (Contract) (except where REWYND has given its prior written consent). For the avoidance of doubt, REWYND will not be deemed to have incorporated the Customer's purchase terms and conditions by responding to any correspondence from the Customer that itself references such terms and conditions.
  3. Before ordering any products from the website, the customer should carefully read and understand these terms. Please be aware that the Customer will be requested to accept these terms before placing an order. For future reference, the Customer should print a copy of these terms.
  4. REWYND may occasionally change these terms without providing the Customer with any prior notice. Customers should review these terms each time they want to order products to make sure they are aware of the conditions that will be in effect at that time.
  5. The website is run by REWYND MODERN APPLIANCES PVT LTD (MAPL), according to the information. In Mumbai, India, REWYND is a registered brand. The GST for MAPL is 27AACCM6209L1ZA. Please visit the Contact page if you would want to reach REWYND.

How REWYND and the Customer Enter Into a Contract

  1. The website outlines the order process for REWYND, and the customer must use that approach to submit an order.
  2. Before placing any orders, users of the website must first register. It is suggested that the customer read REWYND.
  3. Before submitting a purchase, customers can review and correct any problems using REWYND's order procedure. At every level of the order process, customers should take the time to read and review all orders.
  4. Following the customer's order, REWYND will send the customer an order confirmation containing a summary of the order (Order Confirmation). This does not imply that the order has been approved, though. The order will be accepted by REWYND in the manner outlined in the following sentence.
  5. Only after the customer has uploaded the artwork following the artwork criteria will the contract between the customer and REWYND be finalised. A distinct email order confirmation from REWYND has been received (Acceptance of Order). Within five days of receiving the artwork, REWYND will send an email acknowledging the order, at which point the customer and REWYND's contract will be complete.
  6. The Client attests that no personal information or copyright information was included in the artwork that was transmitted.

Status of Customer
The customer understands and accepts that these Terms and any other document to which they are expressly referred to are the exclusive agreements between them and REWYND. The customer recognises that it has not relied on any representations made by or on behalf of REWYND that are not contained in these terms or any other document to which they are referred.

Content of the Order and Proof Requirements
All orders are completed by REWYND solely using the print data and information (Artwork) that the Customer provides. The Customer is responsible for making sure that it has read and comprehended the obligations outlined in these terms and in more detail in the Artwork Guide.

Before sending the artwork to REWYND, the customer must carefully compare it to the format requirements. No artwork will be checked by REWYND for grammatical errors or compliance with the Format Requirements.

Every order submitted by the Customer will undergo a "Standard Artwork Check" once REWYND has received the Artwork from the Customer. The FAQ page goes into depth on how thoroughly REWYND examines the Artwork.

When the customer fails to provide the artwork in CMYK mode following the format requirements, REWYND is authorised to convert the artwork to make sure it complies. Under these conditions, the Customer alone is responsible for any resulting colour discrepancies. The Customer understands and agrees that the conversion is done at the Customer's own risk by transmitting the Artwork in any mode other than the designated CMYK mode. Any edits and changes to the artwork brought on by the conversion are not REWYND's responsibility.

REWYND performs a minimal anamorphic (unproportional) scaling for the transmitted data to visually obtain an ideal print result for the contents; however, the Customer must ensure that elements close to the packaging edge, such as page numbers, lines, or other layout features, are not cut off or end up too close to the edge of the page. The Customer hereby expressly agrees to the scaling and cropping of the print data and contents of REWYND. The avoidance of liability for inaccurate print data, as described by the aforementioned regulations, is mentioned in Section 5.

To be clear, REWYND disclaims any duty or liability for any colour variations, inconsistencies, or other product defects caused by artwork that does not adhere to the format requirements, including but not limited to graphics and images, colours and colour mode, cut, typefaces, and lines.

When the transmitted artwork contains depictions of or glorification of violence, offensive, derogatory, or libellous statements or representations regarding a person's race, gender, sexual orientation, or age, pornography, or other illegal, unconstitutional, or particularly criminally relevant contents, or contents that violate the rights of third parties, REWYND reserves the right to refuse any orders and/or terminate any Contracts.

REWYND has vowed to maintain its impartiality. Print orders with sponsorship are therefore not available for the following topics: politics, religion/ideology, racism, gender bias, violence, or topics of a like kind. REWYND maintains the right to refuse or cancel any such print orders, and change them accordingly.

REWYND is also allowed to hold goods until REWYND has received confirmation of the proper beginning of the payment process.
